9ct Gold ...
After many years of using silver or 14k gold fill I have finally given in to all the requests I have had and produced a 9ct gold range. I still stand by 14k Gold fill as a wonderful product and guarantee it wholeheartedly.
I must admit though I have used some of my extra special gems, mainly opals because I love them so, and some of my best creations to date are on this page. All items are fully hallmarked and of course carry my usual lifetime guarantee.

Boulder Opal “Mermaid”
Boulder opals were Australia’s first commercial gemstones. Known for thier brilliance, these opals range from exquisite black to every shade known. Like the solid black opals of lightening ridge, boulder opals have a natural back, but this time it is ironstone. These are solid gems not doublets or triplets but solid opal, the ironstone back is part of the stone.
This is a ‘freeform’ opal carved into whatever shape brings out the best colour rather than a calibrated oval or round. The surface of the stone undulates and with it’s exquisite greens and blues I created a mount that contains stylised waves and foaming crests. Unique and beautiful.

Garnet Bangle “The Masked Lady”
Two beautiful rich garnets are nestled into this amazing bangle. Reminiscent of a masquerade ball mask it makes me think of Venice and the beauty and pageant of their ball each year. Fully hallmarked 9ct gold, complete with suede presentation case. €390-(Complementing pendant below)

Black Opal “Starry Palette”
No inclusions, no pits containing potch, this is a marvellous gem. Look into the depths of this stone and see countless twinkling light sources. They flash a whole spectrum of colour that is totally unique to an opal. But the individual opal is always unique if you love a stone you must buy it, as you will never see another one like it again. Set in a unique design pendant mount that, of course reflects my style with flowing lines and swirls of solid 9ct gold. . Boulder Opal “Constellation”
This stunning gemstone looks like a miniature representation of the heavens at night. A swirling constellation of colours and light. A green gold band swirls up from the bottom of the stone racing to meet the blue red eddy that appears at the top. . Black Opal “Nebula”
The star trek programs used to fascinate me and I remember the first time the enterprise sailed into a nebula it was dark and a little foreboding but was also strangely beautiful. It was the first thing I thought of when I saw this stone.
This black opal has all the qualities that draw you in, the darkness of the stone the bright flash of green and gold that is complemented by the most desired of all opal colours, red. Set in a 9ct gold mount designed to add to the beauty of the evocative gem. . I have added a picture of the gemstone unset as I was not able to get the light right on the finished piece to do the gem justice.
