The Wave Bangle
One of my most popular bangles, the wave bangle is sleek and sophisticated it sits beautifully between the hand and the wrist. Instructions are given for both the three wave and the four wave bangle. There are 64 clearly written steps all with full colour pictures.
This tutorial is probably best suited to those with some experience of wire work although if you follow the steps carefully and remember you can always e-mail me or contact me on facebook for extra help.

This is a tutorial for a hook and eye clasp.
I love this fastener it is simple to create, but looks smart and is easy to fasten and unfasten. If you follow the tutorial you will find that they always come out the same size this makes things like bangles easier to size if you know how big the fastener will be.
Sleek simple and unobtrusive, just what a good fastener should be.

The Solitaire Bangle
This is one of my favourite designs, it is one that I have been making and teaching for many years.
The simplicity of the lines set off the single 6mm gemstone to perfection. The decoration around the stone can be as simple or ornate as you choose as you can see from the different pictures.
This has been a firm favourite to buy as an 18th or 21st birthday gift using the appropriate birthstone. The kind of bangle that never goes out of fashion and can be worn over and over again.
A certain level of skill is required, keeping your wires flat is a must. However I have taught this bangle in my beginners class for many years and the results have always been great.

In this tutorial you will learn how to combine different methods of working with wire. Weaving and sculpting are both required to create this piece. Although it sounds incredible the main body of the piece is created from just two 20 gauge (0.8mm) round wires.
This is an advanced piece requiring a certain level of skill, you need to know basic weaving techniques and be familiar with wire and the use of tools etc.
I give detailed instructions on how to create this pendant but more importantly at what stage you can release your own creativity and make this piece your own. Once the base of the pendant is created the detailing on the top can be whatever you want. So much so that sometimes it does not have to resemble an eye if that is what you want. Every ‘eye’ turns out different, the photo’s in the tutorial are of one particular eye that I created for this tutorial, your ‘eye’ will be slightly different and it will reflect your creativity and imagination and not mine, and that is why I love wire work as it reflects the personality of the one who made it.

I love this pendant it is so versatile, the frame can be made just about any shape you like. The stones can be changed to suit and the number of branches. The size can be adjusted. Simple and very effective.

The thing is, we all love rings, and so I spend and awful lot of time trying to create new and different ones that are easy and quick to make.
I used a 6mm swarovski Chaton in this ring but a faceted stone would be a good alternative. I have also added instructions how to create with a bead!
A familiarity with wire and tools would be an advantage but if you go slowly I can not see any reason, that any skill level, would have problems.
Price €4.00 (approx $5 or £3.20 depending on exchange rate)
This wire wrapped ring was designed for a friend that is in the Sealed Knot, for those of you not from the UK, The Sealed Knot is the UK’s oldest re-enactment group. She wanted something that would look kind of right for the period and yet large and showy to go with the rest of her costume. This design is great and I have made variation on it and they have always been very popular. Would be great for Ren fairs or just if you like bold rings
Skill level – It would be a definite advantage if you have made some kind of wire wrapped ring before as holding the wires together when a ring is first slid of the mandrel can be tricky other than that it is a fairly straight forward tutorial.
Price €4.00
This is a deceptively simple ring that looks a lot harder to make than it really is. You can use the same basic moves to make the ring as shown with gemstones or you could experiment by exchanging the gems for beads. This is so quick and easy you will be amazed that you can produce such a beautiful so fast!
